(4 to 6-oz.) orange roughy fillets

teaspoon dried dill weed

tablespoons unseasoned dry bread crumbs

Preparation

Heat oven to 350°F. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in 12x8-inch (2-quart) baking dish in oven.

Place orange roughy in dish; turn to coat with butter. Sprinkle with dill, salt and pepper.

Bake at 350°F. for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Meanwhile, melt 1 1/2 teaspoons butter in small skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Add bread crumbs; cook until crumbs are light golden brown, stirring constantly. Sprinkle over fish during last 3 minutes of baking time.
