Ingredients

6 cups fresh spinach

1 Pomegranate

3 small oranges such as clementines or tangerines

1 cup balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

Remove sections from pomegranate. Peel oranges into sections. Put pomegranate and oranges in basalmic vinegar and olive oil, marinate for a few minutes. Pour over spinach and serve.
