Ingredients
2-11 oz. cans of Mandarin orange segments, drained.
1-20 oz. can pineapple tidbits (reserve juice)
2-envelopes unflavored gelatin
1-cup orange juice (or pineapple from tidbits)
1-cup boiling water
1-14 oz. evaporated milk
1-2 lb. container yogurt
2 tsp. Vanilla
½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
In a large bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1 cup juice. Let stand one minute.
Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Add milk, yogurt, pineapple, oranges and vanilla
Stir until all ingredients are mixed together.
Cover and place in refrigerator for 5 hrs. or overnight.
