Ingredients
2 cups of muscadine wine
1 1/2 tbl of champagne vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1 pint of fresh squeezed orange juice and zest of 2
juice and zest of 2 lemons
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup water
Preparation
In a sauce pot add wine, vinegar, sugar, and salt and reduce by half. Add orange and lemon juice and zest and reduce by 1/3. While boiling make a slurry out of cornstarch and water and thicken to where it just coats your spoon.
