Ingredients

2 tablespoons water 

1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons white miso paste 

1 tablespoon safflower oil 

1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated peeled fresh ginger 

1/2 teaspoon finely grated orange zest 

3 tablespoons fresh orange juice

Shake together water, miso paste, oil, ginger, zest, and orange juice.
