Ingredients
12 to 15 medium oranges
3 cups sugar
Preparation
Soak about 12 to 15 medium oranges in a pot of water overnight. Drain. Chop entire oranges finely, put in large pot, and boil about 30 minutes, or until it begins to stick to pot. Add small amount of water if it looks and feels dry. Add 3 cups sugar over high heat and stir constantly until sticky. Add a few drops of brandy. Cool to room temperature, put in jars and refrigerate.
