Ingredients

Soy milk - 1 3/4 Cups

pumkin - 16 oz can

pumkin pie spice - 2 teaspoons

Rice flour - 2 cups

Tofu (firm) - 8 oz

Salt 1/2 teaspoon

butter - 1 1/2 cubes

organic apple sauce - 1 cup

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into a buttered pan.

Add the butter in paper thin slices all over the top of the cake. Bake at 350°F., 45 - 50 minutes or until done.

Top with leaves of orange color.
