Ingredients
4 salmon filets 6 oz
salt
pepper
juice and peel of 1 orange
1/2 tsp each crushed red pepper, fennel seeds
1/2 stick butter
Preparation
Spray 4 squares of aluminum foil with oil place fish on foil, salt and pepper, sprinkle with juice, peel and herbs.
Fold into packets leaving room for steam and heat. Grill or bake until fish is cooked thru, about 20 minutes
