Ingredients
2/3 cup fresh orange juice (~ 2 oranges)
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1-1/2 tbsp. grated orange zest
2 tbsp. minced fresh ginger
1 tsp. dry mustard
Ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
Combine all ingredients until mixed well. Use right away or place in airtight container and store in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
