Ingredients
3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
3 Pounds Chicken strips (breast and thighs)
Mix and set aside , let stand 20 mins.
The Sauce
4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Ginger Garlic juice (take 3 parts Ginger 1 part garlic , chop well in food processer . Use cloth to squeeze out the juice)
Zest and Juice of 2 med. Oranges
1 Teaspoon Sesame oil
20 or so Chili Japone
4 Green onions (sliced in 3 in. stipes)
peanut oil for stir-fri Wok
Preparation
Marinade Chicken in cornstarch ,sugar ,salt ,lemond juice
Combine ingredients for the sauce, stir and set aside.
Heat the Wok to high temp. add the chicken one portion at a time stir-fri till about half cooked . Add Sauce for the portion. Cook untill sauce thickens a little.
Put on top steamed Rice and/or Veggie.
Garnish with Orange slice and a little extra zest !
