Ingredients

1lb Boneless skinless chicken Breast (cut into strips)

1/4C Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing

1/4C Orange Juice

3C Frzen Stir Fry Veggies

3C Long-Grain RIce (cooked)

1/4C Peanuts (chopped)

Preparation

Cook chicken over medium high heat 5-7 minutes or until done.

Stir in dressing and juice. Bring to a boil, and add veggies; cook 5-7 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice. Sprinkle with nuts
