Ingredients
chicken,
1 chicken cut into pieces or 4-6 boneless breasts
zest & juice of 3 oranges
1/4 c honey
3 T soy sauce
1 T olive oil
2 t finely chopped garlic
1/4 t red pepper flakes
salt & pepper to taste
t T Cilantro (Parsley)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken. Refrigerate 2-4 hours. Preheat oven to 375 F. Arrange chicken in shallow roasting pan. Pour 2/3 cup of te marinade into the pan. Bake chicken, basting frequently for 1 hr. Transfer to platter. Strain pan juices into small saucepan and boil until thickened. Pour over chicken
