Ingredients

3 Chicken fryers, cut in quarters

1 tsp celery sees 1 1/2 cup orange juice

1 tb orange liquor

1/2 cup sherry wine

flour shortening

1 cup thin sliced onion

3 navel oranges

Preparation

Coat chicken with flour. salt, lemon pepper. Brown, then add celery seeds. put browned chicken in cassarole. add onion to fry pan and cook til tender. add orange, wine,liquor, and orange juice.Pour over chicken Bake 350 oven til done, about 1 to 1/2 hours. Serve with brown and wild rice.
