Ingredients

12 oz. vanilla or chocolate wafers (I use vanilla)

12 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate

3 c powdered sugar

7 oz. shredded coconut

1 c chopped walnuts or pecans

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients by mixing with a wooden spoon or your hands.

  2. Coat hands with flour and make balls a little smaller than a walnut.

  3. Roll in coconut, cocoa, powdered sugar, sugar, or crushed nuts.

  4. Refrigerate to set, and store in refrigerator of freezer.
