Ingredients
1 cup orange juice
1 cup sugar
12-oz bag fresh or frozen cranberries (3 cups)
2 apples, peeled and chopped
2 cinimon sticks
2 cloves
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
Preparation
Bring water and sugar to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until berries pop and sauce turns deep red, 20 to 30 minutes. Cool.
