Orange And Strawberries In Basil Sugar With Cottage Cheese Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 liter vanilla ice cream

1 liter strawberries

1 orange

1/2 pot basil

2 tbsp caster sugar

1 vanilla pod

1 dl cream cheese naturell

Preparation

Take out the ice ctram from freezer. Rinse and cut the strawberries and place them in a bowl. Zest the outer peel from the orange and squeeze out the juice. Pick the leaves from the basil leaves and add them to the strawberries together with the sugar, orange zest and juice. Cut the ice cream in smaller peaces, split the vanilla in an half and scrape out the pods.
