Ingredients
3 1/2 whole mixed olives
1/4 c. dry white wine
2 T orange juice
2 T EVOO
2 cloves minced garlic
1 t dried OR 1 T fresh rosemary
2 T chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 T chopped fresh oregano
4 t orange zest
1/4 t crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Stir olives wine orange juice, olice oil, garlic, and rosemary together in a 9X13 dish.
- Bake 15 min., stirring halfway through
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve warm or cool.
