cup purchased ham spread

cup purchased chicken spread

cup sharp Cheddar cold pack cheese food (from 8-oz. container), softened

Cooked small shrimp

Cooked tuna or salmon pieces

Hard-cooked egg slices

Small broccoli or cauliflower florets

Small tomato slices or cherry tomato wedges

Green onion fans

Roasted bell peppers, cut with decorative cutters

Olive slices

Small zucchini or cucumber pieces

Radish slices

Pear or apple slices

Strawberry or pineapple slices

Grape slices

Edible flowers

Fresh herb sprigs, such as parsley, basil or rosemary

Preparation

Spread 1 slice of bread with ham spread, 1 slice with chicken spread and 1 slice with cheese spread. Cut each into 1 1/2-inch squares, diamonds or rectangles. Garnish as desired.

Serve immediately, or cover loosely and refrigerate until serving time.
