Ingredients

4 slices frozen Texas Garlic Toast

1lb tilapia filets

1/2 cup tiquila-lime marinade

1 cup baby spinach

4 large tomato slices

1 avacado pitted, peeled and sliced

Preparation

1.Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high(350-400F). Place garlic bread on outer edges of grill;grill until lightly toasted 4 mins/side 2.Coat fillets with tequila-lime marinade; discard marinade. Place fillets on grill. Grill, uncovered, 3 mins/side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. 3.To serve, top each bread slice with spinach, 1 tomato slice, avocado slices & 1 fillet. Season with pepper to taste, drizzle with fresh marinade and serve.
