Ingredients
1 tamarillo chopped into cubes
3 tomatoes chopped similarly
3 cloves of garlic, minced -finely
plenty of salt to taste
a generous amount of black - pepper
olive oil
splash of verjuice
chopped basil
Preparation
Into a bowl, toss together ingredients. Let the salad sit for about ten minutes and its juices will start to seep out, making a seriously tasty soupy sauce.
Serve with pasta of your choice (penne preferably), rocket, and lots of crumbled blue cheese.
