Ingredients
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
2 lbs. all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 cup olive or veg oil
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In large plastic bag or bowl, add all the ingredients. Close bag and shake, or toss in bowl, until potatoes are evenly coated. In 13x9" baking pan arrange potatoes; discard bag. Bake uncovered, stirring occassionally, for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
