Ingredients
dough-
3 cups flour
1 cup yogurt
200 gram margarine
salt
filling-
3 diced onions
30 gram margarine
1 tbs sugar
50 grams butter
5 tbs. flour
3 eggs
2 yogurt or sour cream
salt/pepper
150 grams kashkaval grated
Preparation
Mix dough ingredients, divide in 2, refrigerate. Saute onion in margarine with sugar till browned, add butter. Stir in flour, cook 2 minutes remove from heat. Add eggs, yogurt, spices. Pour into pan, top with grated cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 180
