Ingredients

1/8 cup vegetable oil

1 large onion (chopped)

500g minced pork

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup sugar

1/8 cup corn starch

salt to taste

Preparation

  1. heat the wok (or sauce pan) medium-heat, put in oil and chopped onion, stir-fry till soften, put in minced pork, keep stir-frying until light brown

  2. add water to just cover the ingredients, then add soy sauce and sugar, bring to boil

  3. mix corn starch in 1/2cup of cold water, add in and cook until thicken, add salt if necessary.
