Ingredients
1 Packaged box of devil’s food cake mix
1 1/2 cups regular or light sour cream
3/4 Cup vegetable oil
1/2 Cup coffee liqueur
2 eggs, beaten to blend
1 4oz package instant chocolate pudding
powdered sugar
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 12 cup bundt pan. Using an electric mixer, blend all of the ingredients except the powdered sugar until smooth, about 3 minutes, scraping down sides to incorporate all. Pour into prepared pan. Bake until center is testing and comes out clean, about 45 minutes. Cool. Invert onto serving platter and dust with powdered sugar.
