Ingredients

1/2 C Powdered Sugar

1/2 lb Butter

2 C. Flour

1/2 C Cornstarch

II.

4 eggs

1 lb Sugar

4 Tbls. Flour

1/2 tsp. Baking Powder

2 tsp. Vanilla

1 C. Coconut

2 C. chopped nuts

III.

1 C. Butter

1 8oz Pkg Cream Cheese

1 lb. Powdered Sugar

1 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

I. Cream first 4 ingredients, and press into the bottom of a large cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes, or until golden. Set aside.

II. Beat eggs and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add baking powder, vanilla, coconut, and nuts. Pour over the baked crust. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes; then at 350 for 10 minutes.

III. Beat well. Frost cooled cookies. Store in refrigerator. Can also be frozen.
