Ingredients

2 cups oats

2 cups crushed wheaties

2 cups oat bran

2 cups boiling water

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup shortening

2 3/4 cup sugar

5 lightly beaten eggs

3 cups ww flour

2 cups flour

1 tsp. salt

5 tsp. baking soda

1 quart buttermilk

Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients in a large bowl and blend, cool. Add the sugar, eggs, flours, salt, baking soda, and buttermilk. Line muffin pan with paper cups, fill 3/4, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 400F for 20 min.
