Ingredients
1 package Jenny O lean ground turkey breast
1 egg
1 medium onion finely chopped
small bunch of parsley
1/2 tsp kosher salt
pepper
cinnamon to taste - a few shakes
2-4 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Preparation
chop onions chop a handful of parsley melt butter in a non stick pan add onions and fry til lightly browned, add parsley til limp let cool
combine gr. turkey, salt, pepper, cinnamon, breadcrumbs, egg, and onion/parsley mixture
form into about 5 meatballs
melt 2 Tbsp butter to a non stick pan.
fry meatballs over medium heat until browned on all sides
all 1/3 cup of water to pan and cover
cook over med/low heat another 20 mins
Serve over rice or with potatoes
