Ingredients

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup olive tapenade

1 pound lean ground beef

pepper to taste

1 small thinly sliced sweet onion

1 small thinly sliced zucchini

1/4 crumbled feta cheese

fresh spinach leaves

Preparation

Combine yogurt and 1/4 cup tapenade in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Combine beef and remaining tapenade. Shape into patties. Saute onions and zucchini in olive oil until onions are carmelized. Grill patties. To assemble: Place feta cheese on bottom of each bun; top with spinach leaves, onion, burger and zucc
