Ingredients
8oz cream cheese
1can pitted black olives
1pk won ton wrapers
peanut oil for frying
Preparation
Drain olives and mince, mix in med size bowl with cream cheese. Drop 1 tsp. of mixture in center of a won ton wrapper. Dampen won ton wrapper with water using your finger around creamcheese. Fold won ton wrapper up around cream cheese,and pinch closed. Pre heat peanut oil in deep skillet or wok to 325 degrees. (Oil should be aprox. 1 1/2 inches deep.) Carefully drop filled won tons in hot oil,and fry till golden brown.
