Ingredients

2 cans of albacore tuna in water

2 eggs whisked separately

1/3 cup bread crumbs

5 green olives sliced

1 teaspoon green tabasco

1 teaspoon of lime juice

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation

Open cans of tuna and drain. Mash tuna. Stir in bread crumbs, olives, tabasco and lime juice. Fold in egg mixture. Form into patties the size of the palm of your hand. Oil frying pan and heat on medium. Fry until golden on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.
