Ingredients
1 7oz jar green olives
1 6oz black olives
2 Tbs garlic
1 Jalapeno chiles
1/2 med. red onion
1 med. red pepper
1 med yellow pepper
1/2 c pine nuts toasted
1 Tbs. parsley
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 Tbs. red wine vinegar
Preparation
Drain olive, chop peppers & onion. Add olive oil & vinegar, store overnight
