Ingredients

2 packages of American Neufchatel Cheese (Cream cheese is suitable, but not as sweet or soft)

1 pint of bulk pitted Kalamata olives, sliced

3 small cloves of garlic, finely diced

Dry Oregano

Preparation

Let cheese soften in large mixing bowl for 20 minutes. Add olives and garlic to bowl and mix with cheese.

Add and mix-in Oregano, Salt and Pepper to taste.

Serve room temperature, spread over crusty baguette slices. Best overnight. Lasts several days.
