Ingredients

2/3 cup kalamata pitted olives (or about 4 oz)

1/3 cup dried tomatoes, coursely chopped

3 tablespoon fresh italian parsley chopped

1 tablespoon lime juice squeezed

1 tablespoon of olive oil

4 oz feta cheeze

Preparation

Drain olives and chop. Combine olives, dried tomatoes, parsley, lime juice and olive oil.

Mix by hand.

Fold in crubled feta, becareful not to over mix.

Spread on warm flat bread. If you want more of a meal spread a layer of hummus then add this spread.
