Ingredients
5 cups (10 oz.) dried rotini or bow tie pasta
1 cup prepared Italian salad dressing
1 can (6 oz.) CONTADINA® Tomato Paste
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
3 cups broccoli flowerets, blanched
1 cup halved ripe olives
1 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1 to 2 Tbsp. pine nuts, toasted
Preparation
COOK pasta according to package directions; drain.
COMBINE salad dressing, tomato paste and hot pepper sauce in small bowl; blend well.
TOSS pasta, broccoli, olives, onion and cucumber in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat well. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
