Ingredients

1 pkg Lasagna Noodles

8oz. Ground Beef

1 pkg Jimmy Dean Sausage

32oz. container pasrt-skim Ricotta Cheese

16oz. Mozzarella Cheese

1c. Parmesan Cheese

2 eggs

1/2 tsp Oregano

2 tbsp. Parsely

Tomato Sauce

Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

In Olive Oil, saute ground beef and sausage with onion flakes until meat is cooked through. Drain and cool slightly. Meanwhile, combine Ricotta Cheese, both eggs and parsely flakes. Add 1/4c. Parmesan Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese to the Ricotta Cheese mixture. Stir together until well combined. Combine meat & cheese mixture. Salt & Pepper to taste.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cover bottom of lasagna pan with tomato sauce. Layer pasta on top. Cover pasta with small amount of sauce. Cover pasta with meat cheese mixture. Alternate with more pasta, sauce and then leat/cheese mixture. Finish with last layer of pasta and cover with sauce. Sprinke with Parmesan Cheese.

Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake until heated through, about 1 hour 15 minutes.

USE same meat & cheese ingredients to fill stuffed shells. Cook shells, let cool, stuff with meat & cheese mixture, cover with sauce and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes covered with foil.
