Ingredients

20 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

30 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

10 small onion, chopped

30 stalks celery, chopped

10 small red bell pepper, seeded and chopped

1-1/4 cups dill pickle relish

20 cups creamy salad dressing (e.g. Miracle Whip)

1-3/4 cups and 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard

7-1/2 cups white sugar

1/3 cup and 2 tablespoons white vinegar

2-1/2 teaspoons salt

2 tablespoons and 1-1/2 teaspoons celery seed

Preparation

In a serving bowl, combine the ingredents. Pour dressing over the top; toss to coat evenly.
