Ingredients
1 1/2 lb cabots seriously sharp cheddar cheese
1 can evaporated milk
more regular milk
1 lb maccaroni
salt and pepper
Preparation
cook maccaroni according to box, aldante,cut cheese in small cubes,put layer of macarroni in bottom of greased baking pan, then a layer of cheese and and salt and pepper, repeat ending with maccaroni, pour in evaporated milk, then pour more regular milk in just until you see the milk peeking through the top of the maccaroni,bake on 375 degrees for 45 min to 1 hr, take a spoon and seperate maccaroni and look in bottom of pan, if u still see white milk in bottom its not done,cook until liquid is clear looking ,let stand 10 min for maccaroni to obsorbe remaining liquid then serve and enjoy.
