Ingredients
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup lite soy sauce
1/8 cup lite terriyaki sauce
1/2 cup jack daniels
Preparation
mix all of above ingredients in a bowl in the order that they are listed. Pour all but 1/4 cup into a ziplock bag along with meat,(london broil,chicken or pork). Marinate on a flat plate in refrigerator for four hours or overnight.refrigerate 1/4 cup of reserved sauce. fire up barbeque, and remove meat from bag. discard remaining sauce in bag. when the coals are hot placed meat on grill and baste meat with extra sauce while grilling.
