Preparation

SAUTE GARLIC AND ONIONS UNTIL GOLDEN.ADD PRAWNS.SET ASIDE. ADD SQUASH TO WOK ADD COCONUT MILK AND BAY LEAF COOK TIL BUBBLY AND THE THE SQUASH TENDER. ADD OKRA AND THE PRAWNS. ADD IN FISH SAUCE OR SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. COOK FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTES. SERVE.
