Ingredients
1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cups oil
3 tablespoons cold water
Preparation
Mix together flour and salt. Add oil and mix with a fork. Sprinkle cold water on mixture. Press into a ball. Immediately roll crust between two sheets of wax paper (wipe counter with water to keep wax paper from slipping). Peel off top paper and put in pan.
