Ingredients

½ cup Quaker Quick Oats

4 ounces soft tofu

1 egg

Salt and pepper, to taste

Sriracha, to taste

Preparation

What To Do

  1. Bring 1½ cups water to a boil and add oats. Lower heat and simmer for 30 seconds.

  2. Add tofu, using a fork to break it up, then add egg. Stir whites into the oats to cook them.

  3. When egg is cooked to desire doneness, remove from heat and season with salt, pepper and as much sriracha as you can tolerate.
