Ingredients

Put in flood processor and blend

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup oatmeal (1 minute)

4 tsp. baking powder

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

Add to bowl:

2 eggs

1 3/4 cup skim milk

1 1/2 tsp canola oil

Preparation

Dry ingredients should be pulsed until oatmeal is mealy in texture.

After adding wet ingredients pulse 2 - 4 times and no more.
