Ingredients
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup oats
1/3 cup sour cream
Preparation
Blend first 7 ingredients together in a food processor. Stir in oats. Add sour cream and blend with hands. Knead dough for 30 seconds. Form into a 7"round and cut into wedges. Bake in a preheated 375’ oven on an ungreased baking sheet for 15 minutes
