Ingredients
3 C or 24 oz butter
1/2 C sugar
2 1/2 C brown sugar
6 eggs
3 tsp vanilla
3 pkg vanilla pudding-3.4 oz box
3 3/4 C flour
1 TBS baking soda
10 1/2 C oatmeal
3 C raisins or butterscotch chips
Preparation
- Set convection oven to 275 degrees.
- Mix flour and baking soda in bowl.
- Set bowl aside.
- Place butter in big mixer and beat.
- Add sugars and beat until mixed.
- Add eggs and beat until mixed.
- Add vanilla and beat until mixed.
- Add pudding and beat until mixed.
- Add flour and beat until mixed.
- Add raisins or butterscotch chips.
- Drop one dozen 1.5 oz dough balls on cookie sheet.
- Put cookie sheet in oven.
- Set timer for 11 minutes.
- Remove cookies from oven.
