Ingredients

3 C or 24 oz butter

1/2 C sugar

2 1/2 C brown sugar

6 eggs

3 tsp vanilla

3 pkg vanilla pudding-3.4 oz box

3 3/4 C flour

1 TBS baking soda

10 1/2 C oatmeal

3 C raisins or butterscotch chips

Preparation

  1. Set convection oven to 275 degrees.
  2. Mix flour and baking soda in bowl.
  3. Set bowl aside.
  4. Place butter in big mixer and beat.
  5. Add sugars and beat until mixed.
  6. Add eggs and beat until mixed.
  7. Add vanilla and beat until mixed.
  8. Add pudding and beat until mixed.
  9. Add flour and beat until mixed.
  10. Add raisins or butterscotch chips.
  11. Drop one dozen 1.5 oz dough balls on cookie sheet.
  12. Put cookie sheet in oven.
  13. Set timer for 11 minutes.
  14. Remove cookies from oven.
