Ingredients

2 1/2 cups of uncooked old fashion oatmeal

1/2 cup of ground flaxseed

1 tsp. cinnamon

1tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

1 1/2 cups almond milk

1/2 cup maple syrup

2 tbsp almond or peanut butter

1 banana

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

3 scoops vanilla whey powder

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and put in a 8" square lightly greased pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Cool before cutting.
