Ingredients

oatmeal : 2 cups

tomatos : 1/2toamato

onion : 1/2onion

peanuts :10

mustards :1/2 Teaspoon

cumin :1/2 Teaspoon

Redchillies(dried)or green chillis:3

Turmuric :2 pinchs

salt :according to taste

garlic :1 clove

curry leaf :5 leaves

cilantro :1/4 a bunch

oil :3 tablespoon

lime :1/2 spoon juice

Preparation

Microwave oatmeal in 4 cups water on high for 3 minutes.

Cut tomato,onion,garlic into small pieces.

In a saute pan heat oil and just when hot add peanuts, chilli, mustards and cumin and when they r splittering add curry leaves,onions,turmeric, garlic and saute until onions become transparent.Then add tomato and cook till tomatos are soft and then add salt and oatmeal.cook for 3 more minutes till oatmeal gets well with onion and tomato.

Remove from heat and serve hot garnishing with cilantro and lime juice.
