Ingredients
1 cup quick oats
1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour (adjust to desired thickness
1 teaspoon backing powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon Honey
2 cups non-fat milk
2 Large eggs beaten
3/4 cup craisins (also adjust to desired amount)
Preparation
- Mix all dry ingrediants and whisk well.
- Add Wet ingredients starting with milk and mix well but don’t over mix.
- Add craisins and extra whole wheat flour if desired
- Cook on a preheated waffle iron that has been sprayed with non fat cooking spray.
