Ingredients

1 cup quick oats

1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour (adjust to desired thickness

1 teaspoon backing powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 Tablespoon vegetable oil

1 Tablespoon Honey

2 cups non-fat milk

2 Large eggs beaten

3/4 cup craisins (also adjust to desired amount)

Preparation

  1. Mix all dry ingrediants and whisk well.
  2. Add Wet ingredients starting with milk and mix well but don’t over mix.
  3. Add craisins and extra whole wheat flour if desired
  4. Cook on a preheated waffle iron that has been sprayed with non fat cooking spray.
