Ingredients

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened

3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 & 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)

3 cups Oats (uncooked)

1 cup Ocean Spray® Pomegranate infused Craisins® or any substitute

1 cup walnuts

Preparation

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.

In large bowl, beat butter and sugars on medium speed of electric mixer until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Add combineed flour, baking sode, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, mix well. Add oats, walnuts, and Craisins, mix well.

Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until firm to the touch and light golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Store tightly covered.
