Ingredients

1/2 C raw honey

1/2 C brown rice syrup

3 C old fashioned rolled oats

3 t carob powder

2 t vanilla extract

1/4 C melted butter (optional)

1 C almond butter

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Form into 1 1/2" balls and arrange on wax paper. Cool in refrigerator
  3. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
