Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar or Splenda
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup shortening
1 egg
2-3 over-ripe bananas
1 3/4 cup oats
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Shift flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl. Cut in shortening. Stir in egg and bananas until smooth. Add oats. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes
